Welcome....
There are so many variables to be considered it's
impossible to predict accuratly how anyone reacts
when de toxing from alcohol.
The very best idea is to have an honest talk with
your doctor detailing the amount and frequency
you are drinking. You may or may not need
a de tox facility and your doctor can decide.

Here is a link with information and some of our experiences

Please note that not one of us had exactly the same symptoms
....so you really do need professional medical advice.

The first step is to see a doctor, preferably one familiar with alcoholism, then be TOTALLY HONEST with the doctor about how much you drink, how often you drink, what and how much you drink, how drinking is affecting you, and how you feel when you do not drink. This will be a beginning and let the doctor know what they need to check and whether or not you need to be medically detoxed.
Just a warning, going cold turkey can and does kill some folks, SEE A DOCTOR PLEASE!
