I feel that way about change, too, K. It's scary.

I have a lot of confidence in you - you're gonna be awesome.

I have to get them off the camera.

I really doubt you'd want to look at them right now though... the house is filled to the brim with old lady stuff. FILLED! She has so much crap to move it's ridiculous.

The home inspector uncovered some potential problems with the roof (leaking skylights in my kitchen ), missing gutters, heater needs to be re-vented and a bunch of other stuff.

He's not a pool inspector but, he said it's a damn expensive pool. It seems to be in good shape, the heater is shot (not necessary to replace in his opinion) and it may have an underground leak.

We can't legally get the thing pressure tested until it's ours, until we own the home so that surprise expense will probably have to wait until spring.

All in all, things seemed OK and he thinks it's a good house for us (he's a friend). Crossing fingers now that the bank appraises it when it's time. Since our closing isn't until January we have a lot of time to sweat about it .

Good news... the class I have to sub for tonight is ON.

Bad news... a 6 month pregnant woman may join tonight.

I am not yet certified in pre-natal. Haven't learned a bit about it yet.

Yeah, never mind I'm not technically 'certified' yet anyway .

And yes, I have not prepared anything to teach tonight. I'm going to just fly by the seat of my yoga pants.

Thanks Ro. The yard needs some cleaning up but it is pretty nice yep . And the pool is nicer than I expected. I thought it was kidney shaped, but it's kinda free formish.
