Oi! I feel like crap today
 

These Brain zaps are really getting to me, and I have a terrible headache. The doctor said that this is normal and she gave me a perscription for pain, but it makes me feel SOOoo Sick! I've been taking it for almost a year (painkiller), and now that I am getting off of cymbalta, it make me feel Sick. Any Suggestions?

Im sorry you are feeling this way. I get "brain zaps" when I forget to take my effexor and they are very uncomfortable. Im sorry I dont have any advice, although they will eventually go away. Be good to yourself.

I don't have any suggestions either. I am sorry you're going through this. Hopefully this bump up will find someone with some ideas.

Daisy...if you are still having pain or the meds are making you sick still....maybe call the dr. their should be one on call after hours.

Well today is monday and I feel 10 times better! I still have brain zaps, but they are finally little zips in my head. Not nearly as bad. I was talking with my mom who was a nurse almost all my life, and she thinks I maybe having small seizures because I zone out alot not knowing. And the room shakes in my head, but i don't. I feel much better though. Thanks to all!

pregnant after cymbalta??
 

Alright... So I quit taking my cymbalta and went through terrible withdrawls, now my period is late. 4 days late to be exact. My question is, has anyone who has quit taking cymbalta ever missed a period?? I took a HPT, but it came out negative. I feel all blah.. achy and definately moody, I've been peeing a whole lot more, but I like to think, it's because I've upped my water intake to try and flush my system out quicker. Any suggestions? I'm mind boggled.
