Stoney...I just getting over here to your thread and I'm so happy that you posted. I noticed that it didn't seem to take more than a half hour for you to comment that things were improving somewhat.

That's how it is for me when I need to go a bit past my comfort zone or try to change. I find that even a little bit of change brings on alot of positives! I'm so happy....You did good!!! This thread really topped off my day. Thanks for posting and thanks for reaching out.
