i had some work to do. then i went outside and planted winter pansies. i need to get back to a full time job. i am getting stir crazy ....

having some friends over for dinner. old childhood friend of mr k's, his mom, and bro. the mom is the only one still around here (our friend lives east coast and his bro in kansas city but we get to see them all pretty often when they gather for family time). but mom is moving out to kc to be close to bro. we are so sad that they are leaving here. it's hard when things change.

Weather update for the Chicago suburbanite: it's beautiful out. About .. uh 76 degrees in American. Sunny today. Last week we had a touch of frost one night, though. We usually have snow by Halloween - at least a dusting - so it's not far off now!

Just got home from book study, ate some oatmeal with flax seeds on it (to help with the ka-ka-poo-poos - I know, Astro, TMI!) - and now I'm gonna go to bed!

You guys I am really doing well...I can't believe that going to one 1 hour meeting messed me up, but its ok...and learning how to pee again sucks!

But I am a happy camper anyways! Getting really pampered by my family and friends.
