I used to take Zyrtec but that didn't help. Using the Neti helps me breathe but not so helpful with the headache! I'm glad someone understands at least.

My mom uses the neti, I can't seem to get used to it. I know the headaches suck, nothing helps, what is up with that? :wtf2 I dislike having headaches.

I'm good but tired...I dumped and cried at a meeting. Before I even spoke...just snuffling a little...the person next to me put her hand on my arm and said...you are not alone....and then I balled!!!!!

It was a good cry though got rid of the stress.:ghug
