Thank you Spudida and thank you all very much, and what a wonderful group of people you all are.
I haven't even mentioned this at home, everyone is just used to me not drinking now;and life is much better(as is my health).
I have had plenty of resolve in this past year but SR has been my rock, many times I can't get on here much but I still take loads from all the posts.
Have to get to work now, pitch black outside- best wishes everyone.
