Day 30
well, I've made it to thirty days - and I feel rubbish today!! Bad cravings again last night - didn't give in, very proud, but feeling a bit worried about how long these will last.
I guess each day I say 'NO' to that evil zombie inside me that keeps whispering bad ideas in my ear, the sooner she'll go away and annoy someone else!

Congratulations!!!
I know, for me, cravings always seemed to get worse around the times of "anniversaries" and I've seen a few threads about it.
Knowing it helped me get past the 30 day mark, 60 day mark, etc. Still had a bit more stress around those times, but I knew it would pass as long as I stayed clean.
Hugs and prayers!

30 days is awesome.
I'm sure those thoughts will go away the longer you are sober.
I know those thoughts can be annoying. You can try the stop thought approch. When you get an unwanted thought, stop that thought. And re-focus on somthing else. I tried this with worry thoughts a few weeks ago and it does work. Learned this at Smart recovery. Might help with what you are already doing. You could look up coping with urges on smart web-sight if interested.
Just trying to help. :ghug3
