Fajitas with tons of Chicken, skirt steak, Bell peppers and onions. Maybe toss in a Publano pepper for a little more smoke. Make sure get those peppers and onions really carmelized so they taste like candy. WOW...I want some now

Or make a homemade pizza with Roma tomtoes and Basil. If you need the meet, throw some sausge on it. Make it from scratch, dough and sauce and all.

Hey ghal, you ever try goat cheese on pizza? I take a French bread loaf and split it long ways. Next I put on sauce, goat cheese, red onions, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and Roma tomato slices on top. Over the tomato slices I drizzle some olive oil and then sprinkle on Italian seasonings. Bake in it the oven at 350 degrees F. for 15-20 min. or desired doneness. Goat cheese is yummy...

I may have a part-time job working at a dairy that processes goat's milk. I'll be making goat's cheese. Should be interesting. I couldn't eat goat's milk. They're too pet like, know what I mean jelly bean?? Sorry, been hanging with my 5 year old today.

SO and I went out to a fondue place tonight! We had to roll ourselves out! Whooooa such great food but heavy... We got the pot of fontina, butterkase and buttermilk bleu cheese, awesome. And got a part dark/part white chocolate pot for dessert.
*drool*

I don't think I'll need to eat again for a week or so.
