BBC SPORT | Olympics | Live action | Live - Olympics

Normally I don't like sport, so a person can run fast big deal, type of thing...however I am watching the olympics online....

i watched the chinese kick our ax in men's gymnastics last night. usa did pretty good though. i have no clue how they learn how to flip around like that. i like all the gymnastics except the floor exercise. i think that part is kind of dumb.

and i like the swimming. and the track. mr k - he likes girl's volleyball

Guacamole is always a good dip.

And it wouldn't be a party without sausage and pickled onion/cheese and pineapple on a stick. Or is that just at chez Wooli?

what about mini ruebans? or the mini pizzas on rye - mini pizzas on rye have VELVEETA and you can make ahead and freeze until you're ready to bake off.

or do you want stuff you don't have to cook at last minute?

store bought meatballs with a homemade sweet sour sauce cooked in crock pot is a good time saver.

and dee says pirates like tuna, pot pies, and ho hos!

It's so easy to make homemade meatballs though K.

Edit: Sour Cream and chive is nice and easy as is salsa (tomato, red onion, chilli, seasoning, a bit of lemon or lime juice and optional avocado)

Nothing wrong with being 70's in party food.

They must be served on a half melon covered in foil to resemble a hedgehog for the ultimate in kitsch.
