Yeah, it is great news. I never thought I would go back after I dropped out.

I am currently taking mirtazapine for depression and anxiety stone. It does seem to be working better than any of the other stuff I have taken so far, but I am in a bit of a trough in the wave at the moment.

Hmm, I have just found a bit of mashed potato on my forehead. That'll be from my son.

Yeah you are right. I know I should be more rational when it comes to my head, but unfortunately it lets me down sometimes. It doesn't help that I have really good days, like Monday when I saw my doc and councillor and I was immensely positive, to go back there two days later with my anxiety, mood and paranoia all over the place.

I HAVE talked to another akie/druggie. And I went to a meeting. I just don't do well when I'm not busy. I went to half my class yesterday. The final is next week!

Anxiety, depression, paranoia...I had those symptoms for quite a while Wooli, it's not nice. Mine improved over time, I still take Cipramil for depression.

I was the same at my last meeting. Even more so when I got out. I was convinced I had made a fool of myself.

Iloow is Wooli backwards. When I signed up I took care with my name as I use Wooli on a lot of other forums. Not sure why I did it now though.

Citalopram messed me up Stone. It sent the anxiety through the roof.

I sometimes still get the paranoia but I usually know it's paranoia and can cope with it, it was bad when I thought the paranoia was just reality. Then it would snowball into full on delusions and stuff....horrible.

Ice cream social at daughters school at 4:00, parent orientation at son's school from 5:00-7:00.

I feel like I'm living Gypsy's life today. Maybe I need to try some of that Yogi vinyasa spandex yoga stuff?
Ahem... I thought you had the biking spandex shorts already . Close enough!

Ice cream .

Paranoia -- I get it all the time. I always think my zipper's down. Or people are looking at me because I've got something hanging out of my nose.

And I'm being serious.

Flea mkt was good. Kids got their underthings cheaply and I got some Indianish hippy skirts for cheap. Plus a great deal on lavandar essential oil. Plums, string beans and bananas too.

Also, some Mexican dude had a taco stand so I got a spicy pork sopa he called it but it was really a Huarache. He just calls em sopas cuz the other Spanish people don't know wtf they are. Very good.

I'm off to Hatha yoga and I am going to push it and stay for Vinyaysa 3 tonight. Enough is enough of this groin! I'll take it easy though and pull a stoney and maybe nap through some of the harder asanas.

Hi and bye peeps . I will catch up wit ya laterz!

I always wanted to try Hatha yoga. I'm not sure where we've got that around here.
