Hi K, I did my 'program' which consists of exercise bike, treadmill, cross-trainer (hard!), some arms and chest stuff, leg press then bike/treadmill again.

No snacks! I did have bacon and eggs when I got home though.

Feeling pretty tired, lol. Gonna take it easy and then go to my meeting tonight.

my goal for suckertash saturday is to be chaos free. i will finish my laundry, visit the farmer's market, do a bit of data entry work i picked up to supplement my stellar phone sales position. a grilled steak served on a bed of wilted spinach with tomato, blue cheese, and vinigarette dressing for dinner. light the tiki torches. relax with mr k over his sat night cigar.

if the going gets rough, i have ho hos.

Good Morning idiots. I was planning on staying home this weekend. Change of plans.

My stepdaughter has returned to Texas. After being away for over a year. We are going to see her and take her AND her girlfriend to lunch. Then it's back to the river to move trailers.
