Be careful at the gym-you do too much then you never want to go back(speaking from past experience!)
I'm sure Dee is fine with you! I bowed out of the spirituality thread because-well-it just seemed a bit pointless to argue about....I believe what I believe-don't want to justify it to anyone. It is what it is eh?
And, I just wish everyone the best in their path.Truly.We all need something-however we find it.
Off to get dinner now!

up here i go to a 1-2-3 step meeting because it has been suggested to me that one has at least a year before doing a 4th step
1>3 is all i can manage right now and its comfortable for me
I know a person who tried to do a 4th step and it "broke" her @ 100 days
im no BB thumper and dont know if i will ever formally go through all the steps - not what i need to concern myself for today and today is all i have - "just be" seems to be my motto for now and it works for me
most of my meetings are pretty light and humorous, I go to NA for a tighter (imo) fellowship and sometimes there is more recovery there,
i also go to a looney nooner every day possible to get a chuckle out of all the drama
humor and fun are a new part of recovery that is really working for me this time around
apparently acoa's (from what i am told) have an inability to allow themselves to have fun
on the flip side i know one young person in alot of the meetings i go to that is "rushing" through all the steps and is WAY too gung ho for my liking
christ, she is sponsoring someone after less than a year - absolutely makes me nutz......
mornin Ralph, Mornin Sam......mornin idiots
