That is awesome - congrats!!!!!!

If you don't mind, Negative Man, can you tell us how you are feeling these days? Mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually? I ask because I"m on Day 19 and need encouragement that I'm going to eventually feel "better" in all aspects. When did you start feeling healthy again? Are you noticing improvement in your life?

When you have time, can you share a little about your experience with the steps?
Have you gone through all 12? I am at 85 days but working on Step 4.

TTOSBT since you are working on step 4 let me share what helped me get through the tough parts, read the promises following step 5! They do come true.
