Day 107!!! Still feeling down... I have sworn of the ex just like alcohol. He is harder to kick which amazes me... I may have to get rid of my cell phone. Not sure how work and my volunteer organization would feel about that.
Day 147
Having problem posting from my home computer for some reason, I'm at work just now but don't like posting from here.
Everything else is fine on it, just the SR site, its really slow, lets me read but doesn't let me post for some reason.
Take it everyone else is working fine ?
Apologies if I'm a bit quiet for a while till I work out whats wrong.
Who Cheered ?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm almost at 4 months...I've been sick with a cold so I've missed 4 nights worth of meetings but I don't want to get anyone sick, I would not wish this misery on anyone!

17 and 9 weeks alcohol- and nicotine-free!
Making the best of my unemployed situation.
At least some job searching every day. At least one meeting every day. Sometimes up to three! Still taking step four. Am taking care not to isolate and to keep my spirits up.
I'm grateful for the program and the experience that sobriety is making my life and problems more manageable.
I find I'm sharing more at meetings and my participation is being received well. I like validation.

81 days today. Looking forward to Sunday when it'll be twelve weeks. Yay. Glad I finally caught on to this sober thing. At least I'm not adding to my problems by drinking myself stupid all day. And no matter what happens, my dogs always love me. That in itself is worth getting up each morning.
Think I'll take them for another walk, a short one. It's so entertaining to watch their 'dogginess'.
