4 months today
Just tooting my own horn here!
March 30 was my first sober day in a run that has now made it 4 months. I spend a lot of time here at SR reading posts and thank you all for your thoughts, it really does make it easier.
I don't have any startling revelations to share on quitting. For me it's been pretty simple once I absolutely accepted that if I drink bad things happen, that I have no control over.
And my daily plan is pretty simple.
- Don't drink alcohol.
- Drink lots of NA beverages.
- Eat properly.
- Get some exercise.
- Get enough rest.
- Get to a meeting if I can.
Have a great day!
