A Good Book
 

I just finished reading “The Memory of Running” by Ron McLarty and thought it was great. It’s a novel about a 40-something year old, overweight, friendless alcoholic. When his parents are killed in an accident, he gets on his old bike and begins riding to try to escape his grief. It’s the story of his reclaiming his body, feelings and life. I highly recommend it!
