Many of us had false starts on our way to solid sobriety.
I do hope you are planning a new beginning.

Try not to be to hard on yourself - these things happen.
What is you plan to stay sober?

Vodkakid, take the bull by the horns, or the beast by the tail and have a new beginning tomorrow. You've done it b4 and can do it again! Remember how good sobriety feels and beat the beast back down!

(I don't know why these banal phrases keep popping into my head)

Try to learn from this and move forward! :Val004:

Vodka, if thats the worse you do, I think thats pretty damn good. No way is this something to beat yourself up over. Keep your head up.

vodka, I agree with everyone else. Just get up tomorrow and face a brand new day. There are a whole lot of us on the chronic thread that have had many a Day 1 but the think is we keep going back to Day 1. One can of beer wasn't bad for relapse.
