Yep, help me get out of my head. I just keep reading my own sig line, it helps alot but not enough. I dunno. Stone gave me a wonderful idea though, and I am going to get back to counseling and I need to be here more, with people who understand this awful disease. Thank you for the hug.

No joke here- My husband found out from his mom when she did their family history that their related to Ringo Star. He's like their 8 or 9 cousin or something like that. Pretty neat. There's nobody famous in my family tree.

Yep, spending time with people that understand is good for you :). The counseling isn't a bad idea either.

Getting out of your head is good. I find that getting in to my head is sometimes helpful too though. Try meditating?
