If your grandfather was German then you are even more of a nazi than I thought. Another piece of the puzzle falls into place.

But I wanna talk about ME Stoney!!

Actually, I think exercise is a great idea. Natural endorphins are good. Therapy can be good too.

FYI.......Facials in the country are not near as good as facials in the city!

Dang you guys need to back away slowly from the coffee pots, I had like 5 pages to catch up on since yesterday afternoon!

Tanya- Liked the pic you posted in the last Bottoms. There's a Ruff's Liquor & Guns in Flagstaff. I used to get trashed at The American Legion Hall in Flag and then speed past that store lest I get any funny ideas! Ha!

Hi babes . Good for the counselling and THE EXCERCISE!!! Going back to meetings too. That's all good. I'm glad you're trying all these new things at the same time. Effort in, sobriety out.

Now...

Rice noodles I hope? Soak the noodles in boiling water and set aside while you figure out what else you're putting in it.

I would take the fish sauce,lime juice, chilies, garlic and the coriander and mix to taste (also a pinch of sugar).

Stir fry your chicken and mushrooms. Maybe simmer in the coconut milk for a few minutes. Drain the noodles, toss with chicken, and add the fish sauce / lime juice at the end.

* what is mange tous???

Thanks babes, nope egg noodles..... Mange tous are like sugar snap peas, you eat the whole pod...hence the name mange tous (eat all). Actually on further inspection I have sugar snap peas! LOL They look the same but are a little sweeter.

I have some thai curry paste too, red and green. I was thinking about making soup with them and coconut milk?

Hi Barb, Astro, Nands.

Stone....exercise will always make me feel better, that is after every muscle in my body stops screaming: "Stop!! I want my momma!!!"

Seriously...it sounds like you have a good plan in place.
