Hey friends. I'm happy to report that I made it through a week long vacation through South Dakota with my family. I thought about all of your support and advice whenever the urge reared it's ugly head. Let me tell you, it was a nice 12 hour drive home with no hang-over! the kids even seemed to behave longer than usual. I posted a bunch of pictures in a new album. Check them out if you like.

Hiya Heavy,
I'm Mike from Boston. A few years ago my wife and I set Wall Drug as our destination and headed west. Many of the pictures on your site are almost the same as the ones we took. Great minds think alike. We loved the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, and the Corn Palace!! Nice pictures. Our trip took more than twelve hours - about three weeks in all, but we had a blast - sober! Thanks for the memories. Now that we have kids, we want to do it again when they're a little older.
