Hmmmmn...I occasionally hear it among the dementia residents. My 96-year-old mother has full-blown Alzheimer's and has taken to saying things I wasn't aware she knew.
Sometimes I think those at meetings just do it for affect. That "OUTSIDE of a bottle" location you live in must be a humdinger!!!
