Second Weekend
 

Hi all, just my second weekend sober. Thank god. On day 13 and hopefully reach the 2 week mark tomorrow.

A few ups and down. Not easy but AA is making a big difference. A good few things going on at the moment and I seem to be handling things okay

13 days is AWESOME. You can make it. If you even "think" about drinking -- change whatever you're doing for the moment. Take a walk, listen to some good music, take a long bath/shower. If that doesn't work log on here to read/post.

Helps me, so I'm guessing it may help you. One day at a time and you're there! :)
