Oh yeah, dancinggirl, I did the same thing too. It was very hard on my teeth and jaws.

I hope you continue to taper off the ativan and move forward in recovery.

Re: the mouth/tooth/jaw pain - it must have been grinding as suggested - it slowly subsided a few days ago and now is gone. Yay - I can chew.
