Had a really bad scare
My ex-husband, who is one of my best friends, has been diagnosed with diabetes, and has not recovered from a lung infection from 2 months ago. He was breathing so hard last night on the phone that it really scared me. He FINALLY started breathing easier today. Don't laugh at me for being happy.
I am glad your ex seems to be doing better. You seem upset, tho, Flgirl - why would we laugh that you are happy that one of your best friends, as you labeled him, is feeling better? Or, as Jeep Lady said it better, why would we laugh at you? Period. Hope you care to share more so we can help if you are still feeling upset. Jomey
Sounds like a lot more is going on with you.
Like Daddio said, there are times when someone will read your thread and not reply. Doesn't mean people don't care. I for one, don't know how to reply to what you wrote, but I am responding to what seems to be going on underneath the thread.
What's up Hon?

I am sorry for being a pain. I just found out that my certifications expired like 6 days ago. Not sure I can get new ones. Gotta love NYS. I need to take it out somewhere and I guess it was here. My apologies.

Thanks guys,
I'm just tired of being on this rollercoaster of my own making. I really appreciate your support! I haven't applied for the professional certs(mine were temporary), so I am hopeful that I can take that route. If not I can always go back to NY and teach.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with being happy that your friend is doing better......you want to talk about weird, my guy broke up with me a little over a month ago because of what I call "a mid-life crisis" and I worry about him!!!! I would be happy too if I were you, especially since you have a friendship!!
