Hey ananda! Things here are pretty quiet today.Glad to see you! I have 6 dogs in my house at present-I look after other people's as well as my own but they're all having an afternoon nap so I'm enjoying the peace while I can!LOL

How's your day going?Are you still at work or finished for the day?(I can never get the time difference right!)

P.S Hedgehogs are very cute!

yep...it's 7:30 pm here (gosh since we are world wide you have do do the am pm thing )

I have 2 dogs...wish i had more. dogwhisperer has 4 dogs....if we ever get them together it will be quite a pack!

I have to say it sounds more appealing to cuddle with my dogs in bed then a hedgehog...but i still love the little things....wish i had some in my back yard.

My dog Merlin is a golden retriever and insists on sleeping on our bed.I'm sure he thinks it's good of him to share it with my husband and I-LOL.He's very cuddly though.

What sort of dogs do you have and what are their names?I can't imagine my life without my dog.He's adorable.

We get hedgehogs here quite often-but I live in a rainforest area so there's quite a few little creatures around.I like it!

my dogs are bodhi (age about 13 or 14) she is probably got lab and rodhesian ridgeback and possibly some pit bull in her family tree....looks like a lab/ridgeback mostly

Nia is about 5 and has some spanial and golden in her.

Nia jumps around and pokes bodhi alot and bodhi is grumpy and sleeps alot.

I was sober when i got bodhi and when i started drinking she got depressed. then we got nia and they couldn't be in the same room for years cause bodhi would attack her.

Then last july i went to treatment, they got together and we have cohabitated nicely since then.....nia was very confused by the sober mom and bodhi was just glad to have me back to "normal".

They sound like characters! Dogs are really sensitive to how we are-yeah.Have you read 'The Dog Listener' by Jan Fennel?It's a fantastic book on how dogs operate/think.I found it really helpful with raising Merlin.

I'm glad your dogs are happy again.Good for you getting sober
