I just read 7Speed's Dear John letter. Good Post. I never wrote one. Was just wondering if there were others out there that you would like to share.

I think the best letters you can ever write are those that you write to yourself. If you're dealing with an addict, or even a codependent, what do you really expect to achieve? That your words will somehow magically break down the walls of denial? In my experience we don't listen, the words don't even go in one ear and out the other, they just bounce off our heads.:skillet
