Hey guys, said id never get to this point again, but did.
Fours days drinking, intending to stop now.

It happens. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just get back up, dust yourself off, and start again. Do you attend meetings or have a support system in place?

Hey MrH~
I have been all over this site this weekend, talking about getting sober on Monday. The worst part? Thinking about it made me drink even more. Aye!

Don't get too discouraged! I am trying to remember how great it feels to be on the other side. More energy and clarity, better connections with others, no more lying, hiding, cheating yourself.

well i had my last drink 9 hours ago.#i got myself to work, and i now know ill be counting the hours until i can get some serious time between me and the bottle.
feel a little dryed up and spat out.
