Hi regular and old peeps.

Just a quick check in...

Things are still the same...not any better.

Went to yoga twice today, pulled a hamstring or something...went to meditation, pulled a brain cell or two. Went to the pool and got some sun. These are the good things. Detention boy is having a sleepover. Noisy but still not as bad the other junk going on.

I will try and catch up here tomorrow so I can say a proper hello to the newbies and see what everyone else is up to.
