Letting Go

Hi, I'm new here and have to say what a great bunch of people you are. I'm not new to this disease, since I've been surrounded by it my whole life. Thank goodness, I found Al-Anon many years ago.

One can never get enough of moral support.

My son completed bootcamp over three weeks ago and has relapsed since getting out. I love him and worry about him, but I know I have to 'let go' of the worrying part, which is getting easier. We've been through so much with him.

I have read a lot of your posts and I just wanted to say "Thank You!"

Welcome Stillabluesky,

Thank you, I personally find this site very very helpful to me. Good luck in your journey, and I hope your son finds us soon...
