7 Days

I have been sober for 7 days, I hope it gets easier. Tonight I start my outpatient treatment. I really don't want to go. I wish I could do this on my own but I guess that has not worked for the past 2 years. Will let you know how it goes.

Starting any kind of recovery program is difficult, but you can do this!

I think it's important to have a support
structure in recovery.
