Okay, I am a nervous wreck right now. Still woke up with a headache, but I did get some sleep.

I am terrified about what my doctor is going to say/do. Part of me wants to cancel the appointment but I won't.

I need to face him, and this addiction, head on.

I am afraid he is going to make me feel so horrible and guilty even though his nurses were so kind to me.

And with still having physical pain from the surgery, I just don't want to see him or anyone. I just wanna stay home.

BUT, I'm going. Please think of me today.

This is the beginning of a bright healthy future. TommyK said it right, "Don't conjure up negative outcomes" If anything, conjure up positive outcomes because that's what will really happen. hit it head on! and say everything you need to.

It's an hour drive there, he is double booked, so I am expecting an hour long wait once there, then probably two hours to get home in rush hour. So don't worry if you don't hear from me until later.
