hi cyber recovery

it's about 11pm. I'm tired and tried to go to sleep and couldn't. turned the computer back on and got 5 orio cookies and a large glass of milk. I had a good session with my therapist and came straight home and got involved in looking though pictures. I feel high. I don't like it. i want to sleep. maybe soon.

no matter what though I feel strong about staying clean right now. I will feel my discomfort right now, no matter what, instead of running to drug/alcohol.

good for you for suffering through it - 'cause you know what? it does get better. YOU will get better. and I think with your motivation, it won't take any time at all. just remember how bad you feel right now - if you cave and have to do this again? it's going to be worse.........

It's the old Oreo and Milk trick. I prefer Pecan Sandies myself. But either - as opposed to YOU KNOW WHAT - are pretty darn good!!!!!! My McFlurrie is melting. Gotta run..
