Good Morning!
I love getting a good nights sleep and waking up without a hangover, or headache. Let's keep this good feeling going all day long. My first Sober weekend is coming up, I know it will be tough, but If I can think back to this morning I can make it..

I know what "not feeling well" is all about and I am so grateful that here, on day forty something, I feel fantastic. And coffee tastes so good sans hangover!
Best to you on your first sober weekend! God be with you!

Good to hear from you Heavy!
Isn't is such a great feeling? I have my 4th weekend coming up and I'm feeling a whole lot better about it than last weekend. Last Friday I was having a huge snit about wanting a drink. The folks here and at AA helped me get through it! If you start feeling like you want to drink, just hop on here and tell us. There are always great people here to help you get through that moment, and you'll be so glad that you did it!

Amen to that Heavy. A few moments of contemplation as soon as I wake up -hangoverless- really seem to make a difference too. What I especially like about it is being able to curl up in bed for a few minutes and just relish the feeling, without having the need to rush to the bathroom to throw up
