IT IS TOO HOT FOR THE POOL PEEPS! Can you imagine that? It's like 104 out in the shade and humid as an ass. I only stayed for 90 minutes.
Hmmm... had a minor thing with detention boy. On my way in to yoga the school called and said he was in the nurses office saying his writing hand was hurting. He claims his brother kicked him in the hand yesterday. I was out, he never mentioned it, never told Mr. GT... didn't say anything this morning as they played on the Wii before school. I told the nurse I am going to to my class... it doesn't sound like an emergency so I'll check on him when I come out. I went to school and he was complaining (not crying tho) so much I signed him out and brought him to the pool. I am not paying for a doctors visit for a faux injury.
Question:
OK... gotta meet with an Indian girl from yoga to exchange our asana index cards roughly 38 of them). She needs to copy the info and I need to show her how to do the poses since she missed the whole weekend. She can't meet till Wednesday to go over everything. I thought I might have her meet me at baseball and give her the cards to start copying... but that will leave me without them for myself to study. Should I just copy them myself for myself and give her the messy ones? Or let her have 1/2? I need them too and the 2nd 1/2 of the week will be out with graduation for the prodigy on Saturday.
I need an answer and a shower. I'll be back in a few to see what anyone suggests.

Regarding the girl: Yes, copy them yourself and give her the messy ones. Taking care of yourself first is the alcoholic way
Why are you doing all of this when she missed the whole weekend and should be figuring out for herself how to make it up? I know, I know, I'm a codependent caretaker and I'm always trying to jump in and help people :codiepolice

Karma Astro... I should help her. It's the right thing to do.Plus, Our instructor asked me if I would and since I'm going for teacher's pet, I said yes.
Her MIL was flying over from India to visit and dropped dead at the airport. She missed the weekend because of that.
I shall take your advice and start making myself new ones now and see how far I get. If I get through 1/2 I'll give her 1/2 tonight. And swap the rest when I do get a chance on Wednesday. I only have 2 hours to do this before baseball so I am off
. I have no idea how detention boy will be able to play this play off game if his hand hurt so badly he had to come home. Maybe the swimming was good therapy
