Been there
I have been where you are, and sometimes my mind still goes there...and that's all it is, is your mind. Also, I'm constantly told in meetings that my head can only have one thought at a time, so try to think of positive things, write a gratitude list, read a inspirational meditation, or watch a positive movie, the first two ideas will remind you why you are staying sober in the first place. Hang in there....this too shall pass.
