Massages do release toxins... I remember getting one when I was drinking and I was absolutely drunk afterwards. (The god only knows how many glasses of wine that I had that day probably played a big role too.)
However, after a year... I wouldn't think that you have anything to worry about. Maybe ask the massage therapist.

I believe it does- though primarily in the form of lactic acid that builds up in the muscles (which is why you're usually encouraged to drink a lot of water after getting a massage).
I'd suggest drinking a lot of water before and after, and you should be fine.
