what am I doing differently?
what am I doing differently?
I'm staying clean and now working on 24th day.
what am I doing differently?
- letting my discomfortable feelings remain: feeling those feelings, instead of running away from them
- engaging in activities that I like (besides meetings), like: YOGA, Therapy, going through pictures, going through my stuff and clothes and getting rid of junk and organizing what I have. gardening
-practicing a new healthy communication with my mate
- driving 60MPH on the freeway, and not worrying if someone doesn't turn off their Bright Lights after I do on two way roads
- having more social contact during the day at work
-being more creative and mindful when I am doing things to be busy to help me stay clean (because sometimes the best I can do is "stay busy")
things I want to commit to doing daily that i'm not doing regularly now:
- writing (more time per day)
- Meditation
-excercise or YOGA
my desire to stay clean and change and grow is increasing. it's stronger than it's been. I will keep my thoughts focused on "my own creation of my recovery program" today.
