I Had Another Dream

HELLO FAMILY .
I HAD ANOTHER DREAM WHERE DRUGS WHERE INVOLVED. I'M DOING MY PART BY TELLING SOMEONE, THANKS FOR BEING APART IN MY RECOVERY.
TOMORROW MAKES 30 DAYS AGAIN, I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL, HUH? WELL I AM AND I'M ALSO FEELING A LITTLE SHAMED THAT EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ME WILL BE SAYING, "THERE SHE GOES AGAIN" :skillet

You have nothing to be ashamed of. I relapsed more than once on my journey. Put your pride in your back pocket and hold your head high.
I still occasionally have 'using' dreams - they are normal. Stay close to recovery, and hang on to that clean date.

I have the dreams too,

why care about what others think? This is YOUR life and YOUR addiction. Don't let them ever tell you what to think or do!!!

I still have drinking dreams at least once a month, and in some ways I hope they never stop. I wake up in a cold sweat, panic for a moment thinking it might be real, then I ask God for another day sober and I'm grateful for every moment I have in recovery.

Congrats on 30 days, that's awesome progress! :c029:
