day 6. counting the days helps me refocus on the goal (of sobriety or of getting 90 days for example)
and also within each day....my most difficult callenge is staying in that day. living one day at a time. i've come to find that all of life exists ONLY within the present moment...and that is where i spend the least of my time
someday i will stop counting these days, perhaps. I want tro live a life where I don't define myself by my addiction or my abstinence from addiction. a lot of learning and action and growth will need to take [place for me first
