I've been in rehab three times this year. Relapsed too many times to count and always felt like dirt afterward. This time I feel differently, despite a bumpy start after coming home, maybe cause I'm taking AA more seriously than I did before. My problem was wanting to do things 'my way' and be 'in charge' and that just didn't work. I am working on surrendering completely and finding the meetings very helpful in keeping stress levels down.
