In Ny where I am also..In 8 hours you should get 2 15 min paid breaks and at least 30 min unpaid lunch in that 8 hrs. I am not positive on what happens over 8 hours. But I know 100% in that 8 hours you should be getting 2 breaks and a lunch.

I Guess it's pay backs or I'm just been tested I only work it
Half a day today so I'm a little Happy it could of been worst
I'm waiting for sept thats when I star taking G.E.D classes
at a college so I could get some type of degree
cause this is not happening
