btdt. not to minimize how you feel. But try to realize feeling are not facts. What are you afraid of? Maybe it is something old that you are just now able to feel if you don't run from it you will be a lot more likely to get rid of it. Drinking will not solve the problem...

Yippee! I'm so glad they are on their way. Maybe the councelor at detox will let you use her/his computer to give us a quick update after a few days or so.
