I passed my A1C diabetis test (3 mos average blood sugar) and I appear to be clear on my pancreus...test again in November. So he still says I have to get a handle on the sugar thing....but said i can have one day a week where i eat what ever i want!!!!! So Sweets Sunday it is:bounce

. I have meditated already but not slept much. Son was throwing up around 4am (he's only 9... not an alcoholic lol). I may go crawl back under the kivers for a bit.* today is great so far. Except for the puke and insomnia part.
