I have been feeling rather grumpy with a member at SR and today realised that, I don't know this person at all and that I need to look at why I am feeling this way.

In short I don't have to agree with everyone or like everyone, but when it sits in the pit of my stomach and growls then I need to take some action that helps me, like be honest about it , talk to another addict about it and let it go.

Thanks Kevin because what you said right there is just reality. I used to think that I had to have everyone like me and that just isn't possible. I used to let that control me also and today I am grateful to just know that all I have to be OK with is me, and if people like me they do and if they don't they don't.

Someone said at a meeting this week that it isn't none of my business what people think about me. LMAO Boy did I need to hear that one! I am grateful for you Kevin. OH yeah BTW I like you 8

lol best, been looking at the boston marathon web site, looks good, running tomorrow, Monday is a great day to have it on, teh Melbourne one is on a Sunday. I have marked my calendar for 2009

lol its not about anyone, I don't dislke anyone here.

What it is about is the process I went through as I said in my first post and thanks to all the support I have I am able to quickly see teh usual trap and let it go.
