You're on your way, October - you sound a thousand times better than when you first posted. You've finally decided you don't want to live like that anymore, and that's all it takes. Everything will fall into place, even though not fast enough to suit most of us. Please don't give up.

I remember being that obsessed often in the first 9 months and then the obsession was removed, an occasional thought yes but not that awful nagging obsession, good for you Hevyn, keep doing what your doing as will I.
