3 and a half months
Hi! New here and trying to stay clean from marijuana. 3 and a half months now. Was going easy for me, now my wife of almost 25 years left me. Thoughts are there, but my will to not use is still strong.
Lots of stuff going on in my life with the seperation and the worry i have for my youngest daughter

I'm sorry you are going through a divorce. Hang in there. Try to stay friends.
And good job on quiting the pot. I was a pot head for 25 years. I finally just got bored with it and quit it over 6 years ago. Now I don't miss it.

Wont be able to stay friends. Shes sleeping with my daughters husband and they have her brain-washed and scared to get out. Shes 22 hes 36. My wife is 41. Hes a manipulator and control freak. I cant even get to my girl to see her and i know shes lost. By the way, i've been a smoker for 33+ years.

Thanks butterfly-7! I know it will get better. Have lots of family and friends helping me. With the latest blow i knew i needed more. Thats why im here! Keepin it clean. Just want my little girl back now. Shes caught in a terrible thing.

Ouch!!! i like to hear your firm resolve to stay clean despite these heavy blows. The wife of my youth who i thought i was going to grow old with left after 10 years. Yours sounds much more complicated and hurtful. Hang in there bro i am rootin for ya.

Thanks StayinAlive! gotta stay strong with that. Work busted me and if i get it again, im out o a job. My concern for my daughter is another of my strengths to stay clean. Im gonna get my day with her and get her out of that situation.

I COULD IDENTIFIED WITH U CAUSE WHEN I CAME TOO RECOVERY FOR THE 4O,OOOOOO MILLION CHANCES GOD HAS GIVING ME THIS TIME AROUND I REALLY SEEN THE LIGHT I WAS TIRE OF JUST BEEN SICK AND TIRE IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN AND ME AND MY HUBBY WE ONLY BEEN ONE YEAR AND 6-MONTH TOGETHER WHEN I DECIDED TO COME TO RECOVERY ON JANUARY OF THIS YEAR,OH IAM ALSO GOING TO BE 3 MONTH CLEAN ON 4-9-008,AND WHEN I DECIDE TO GE CLEAN AND MY CHOICE OF DRUGS AT THIS TIME AROUND WAS ALSO MARIJUANA,WE TIED THE NOT ON JANUARY AND HE LEFT ME AFTER VALENTINE NEWLYWED MAN WAS I HURT MAN WAS I,BUT DIDNT PICK UP ONLY RELAPSE ON CIGARETTES AND ON 4-9-008 I'LL MAKE BY THE GRACE OF GOD 3-MONTHS CLEAN HURRAY!!!!!!!!

Thanks butterfly-7! I pray every nite at bedtime for my daughter. Lost a lot of sleep, but gettin better wit dat. You stay strong also and i will keep you in my prayers also. I know it aint easy, but with friends its all working out.

Yes it is logcabin! Not easy for me. She was daddys girl. Im gonna get her. Yesterday i seen them driving by and she was lookin out the corner of her eyes towards me. I know time will tell, but i cant help thinking bout Jerry Springer every time i think about it. Towards my wife and my son-in-law.
I cant figure out where my ex's head is. This is her daughter she has done this too. And it dont seem to bother her. She said to me (ex) "you just dont understand." I guess shes manipulated by him also.
Dont hang with any of my old pot friends anymore.
