I have not had a drink in 8 days, and my detox seemed pretty easy. However, starting yesterday I have had a constant headache. Is it possible to hit a different detox level as time without drinking passes?

It may be a good idea to check with your DR. Are you detoxing alone?

I have been seeing my dr. and therapist. So far no real detox affects, except sleep patterns and slight episode of nausea, all of which are basically gone. That is why the headache threw me off. Maybe it is just a coincidence?

Hi Seren - if you[ve checked with and everything's ok with the doc -
maybe just step up the fluids - you could just be dehydrated?

Less coffee, maybe more water that kind of thing....
it's also the onset of allergy season here in the rockies ...
