Woo Hoo !!!!

Guys...I am beside myself.
I am so ecstatic I cant even control the flood of emotional relief right now.
I had to come share with you guys because without you guys I very well could have fell into a deep depression and gave up.

I GOT A JOB!!!
And the one I wanted too!

I called the lady today and she told me that she had a hard time verifying one of my references from past employment. Walmart Sucks. They wouldnt even tell her if I worked there or not. SO I called my boos when I was there and he got right on it. Not too shaby for being fired from there. But he knows I am a great worker.
And of course my other former boss/ friend gave me an outstanding reference.

OMG..You all have no idea how much stress this has lifted from me.

I thought I was going to lose it soon.

I just have to thank all you who didnt let me quit. Supported me and told me this too shall pass and it will come together eventually.

You have no clue how much I appreciate that.

I love you all!!

hello, new to this site.... congrats on the job. I'm one month into my first "sober" job and remember the relief you're feeling.... Remember this feeling! Stay grateful and excited about working..... I'm already focusing on what I don't like about the new great job and your post helped me realize how I'm back in negative thinking..... THANK YOU and keep up the high spirits.

Good deal, just keep putting on foot in front of the other, it may not come quickly or even just the way we wanted it to, but as long as we stay clean and sober and work on our selfs, things do get better.

Well Congratulations to my Favorite Worry Wart!

Ok, now I don't have any cute little dancing people except this one

But do you know what my little dance is that I'm doing now?

It's called:

"Told ya so! Told ya so!"

In other words, Chiynita, we all told you that everything was going to be just fine. I'm so happy for you!

Now, next time you get all freaky deaky like you were and doubt yourself, you do know what's going to happen, don't you?

Again, congrats Honey, you deserve it!

Love ya,
Judy

((((Trish))))

That is fantastic!!!!!

I can't tell you how many times that I worried myself sick over a situation, everyone here kept telling me to "breathe", "stay clean", and "put one foot in front of the other" and "it will work out the way it's supposed to". After enough times of finding out they were RIGHT, it's an incredible and freeing feeling.

You DO deserve this, and so much more! I am so proud of you and happy for you, I'm doing the happy dance and my cats think I've gone nuts!!

Hugs and prayers!!!

Amy

Just the beginning of a whole new life for you! You got knocked down, but you got up again (sorry). No more sadness and regret, time to move forward with joy.
