I'm not an NA person, or a 12 step for that matter, but I did do CMA for
awhile. Took me a few meetings to find one I liked, but I used it when
I needed it, instead of relapsing I would go.

CMA is a lot different than NA, for me it was anyway. Crystal is such a
different drug in many ways, and that's a big reason why it was started,
meth addicts felt like they weren't being understood as much as they could be.
That is my understanding of it. I highly suggest trying one of these meetings if you haven't, being around that many people who knew almost "Exactly" what I was going through, where my mind was, made it seem possible to recover. If they could do it, why couldn't I.
